Applications are submitted directly to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency in Brussels (EACEA).
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Organisations belonging to the cultural and audiovisual sector (for example architecture, archives and libraries, audiovisual, cultural heritage, design, festivals, music, performing arts, publishing, radio and visual arts). Candidates must obtain a minimum number of partners from a minimum number of countries to participate. Refer to the relevant application instructions in the Call for Proposals for more details.

Candidates must complete and submit an electronic application before each deadline. The deadlines are strictly enforced.
Prior to submitting the online application, applicants (Project Leader and Partners) must register their organizations on the Participant Portal and obtain a Participant Identification Code (PIC). The codes will be requested on the application form. Information on how to register can be found here.
